
Special Notes
Members are particularly requested to wear the badge of the Association as a distinguishing mark and no other. (See Rule 21 Clause 7).
The current membership card must be produced at all sessions.
Each member attending the Conference must sign the Register on arrival.
The Executive Council wish it to be clearly understood the Assistants (non-members) are only privileged to assist one member at rehearsals, and they must not take part in any other than those particular dances for which they have been called to assist.
Non-members will not be allowed to be present at any Instruction except by permission of the Executive Council.
Will members please note that Rule 6 (Subscriptions) will be strictly enforced. Any member who is three month in arrears with his or her subscription or monies due to the Association, shall not be entitled to benefits or allowed to vote or speak at any meeting of the Association. If still in arrears at the end of six months the said member may be struck off the role of the membership

ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Attention All Members
The Executive Council respectfully request that no children under the age of 12 years are allowed at any of the B.A.T.D.'s lectures.
No one, other than current B.A.T.D. members are permitted at the AGM, Annual Conference meeting or any other B.A.T.D. Conference meeting.
Professional lectures are for current B.A.T.D. members or qualified members of other recognised Associations/Societies.
B.A.T.D. Inventive Competition
No responsibility will be accepted by the Association for any action taken against any member using copy CD's at an Association event.
All Persons Attending Conference Functions
Please note in order for the B.A.T.D. to satisfy The Exhibition and Conference Centre in respect of their fire regulations a list of members attending all functions may be requested by them. Therefore:
ALL TICKETS MUST BE SHOWN
FOR ALL FUCTIONS
NO ENTRY WITHOUT APPROPRIATE TICKETS
